Most conversion problems arrive described as design problems. Usually they are not — they are measurement problems wearing a design costume, and the only way to tell the difference is to instrument the funnel before touching it.

Why I work this way
I’m originally from the Dominican Republic and I build from New York. I started Sube Design because I wanted something of my own: ambitious people to work with, and the freedom to do meaningful work without following the traditional playbook.
No agency layers, no meetings for the sake of meetings. Understand the problem, challenge the assumptions, and design against research and data — a beautiful website is good, a beautiful website that performs is better.
Outside the studio
When I’m not staring at Figma you’ll find me exploring New York, watching football, drinking good coffee, or planning the next trip.
I don’t think great work and a great life are mutually exclusive.
