What this site does with your data

This site is a portfolio. It does not run analytics, it does not set cookies, and it has no forms. The sections below describe exactly what happens when you visit, and what happens if you get in touch.

What this site collects

Nothing, in the browser. There is no analytics script, no tag manager, no advertising pixel and no cookie banner, because there is nothing to consent to. Your visit is not recorded by me.

Fonts are self-hosted and video is served from this domain, so loading a page does not tell any third party that you were here. The one exception is the booking page, which embeds a calendar from Cal.com — opening /book-a-call lets Cal.com see your IP address and browser, the same as visiting their site would.

What the host records

Like any website, this one is served by a hosting provider that keeps short-lived server logs — typically IP address, the page requested, and the time. These exist to run and secure the service, not to profile you.

This site is hosted by Vercel. Their servers keep request logs — IP address, the page requested and the time — to run and secure the service. How long they keep them, and what they may do with them, is set out in Vercel’s own privacy policy at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

If you email or book a call

Emailing hello@subedesign.com sends your message and address to my email provider, where it stays until the conversation is finished and for as long afterwards as records of the work require.

Booking a call goes through Cal.com. It receives the name, email address, timezone and anything you type into the notes, and it creates a calendar invitation with a Google Meet link — so Google sees the invitation too. Their policies are at cal.com/privacy and policies.google.com/privacy.

I use what you send to reply and to do the work. I do not sell it, share it for advertising, or add you to a mailing list.

Client data during a project

Engagements usually involve analytics access or funnel data rather than personal records. Where a project touches personal or health-related data, access is agreed in writing first, limited to what the work needs, and covered by the engagement contract.

Your rights

You can ask what I hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask me to delete it. Email hello@subedesign.com and I will answer within 30 days.

Questions about any of this go to hello@subedesign.com.
